1. The service was renewed in the past but did not convert well.
2. The service is not being used by the target users.

In response to the above three consultations, Galapagos Inc. implemented an application renewal.
Because there was a discrepancy between the issues the client was considering and the issues revealed by the current analysis, user interviews were conducted and the specifications were changed to be more effective.
