【 Summary 】

Ironmark of the U.S. wanted to introduce a new application for their newly acquired publication printing business and decided to install the StitchLiner 5500 from Horizon Inc.
Unlike conventional systems, the new system could perform the saddle-stitching process all at once, making it possible to receive printing data in the evening, print at midnight, and ship the next morning.
As the business grew and the company began to run short of staff, an additional StitchLiner Mark III with three VAC-L600H collating machines was introduced.
As a result, the staffing shortage was resolved, and several additional systems were introduced after that.
Normally, operators would have to be trained on each of these systems, but Horizon’s products are so easy to operate that skilled operators are rarely needed, making training easy.
