【 Summary 】

Initially, the collection rate for DMs with discount coupons was 8%, a higher response rate than for other DMs, but the collection rate subsequently dropped to around 3%.
In cooperation with Komatsu General Printing Co., Ltd. the company personalized and sent a DM with a digital lottery ticket to each customer who had not visited the store in nearly six months, in addition to the conventional discount coupon.
The response to the DMs was improved by 5%.
