 TSUMURA & CO. continued to face restrictions on information provision activities in which MRs visit hospitals, partly due to the impact of Corona. Although the company had been responding by holding information sessions remotely, it wanted to respond to the needs of medical professionals by creating various other channels for providing information. In order to be of service to medical professionals, MRs were remotely distributing briefings at convenient times throughout the day, taking turns to distribute 15-minute videos, but this was putting a heavy workload on MRs.
