【 Summary 】

The Kawaguchi Plant of Motogoh Coating Industry Co., Ltd. used to perform hand-blown powder coating of various metal products, mainly automobile parts, but the manual process resulted in inconsistencies in quality and a heavy workload on workers due to the long hours required for the coating process.
The amount of paint used was reduced by half as a result of the automation of the manual coating process. The system has also eliminated quality variations and ensured stable coating quality.
