【 Summary 】

Mochimugi foods center corp. operates a tourist facility with a store and restaurant attached to a factory that manufactures glutinous wheat noodles using glutinous wheat, a specialty of Fukusaki Town, Kanzaki-gun, Hyogo Prefecture.
At first, they tried “Yayoi Sales” from a variety of sales software, and decided to install it because it was the easiest to use among the software they had tried up to that point. After that, we also introduced “Yayoi Accounting” and “Yayoi Payroll” based on the idea that it would be better to integrate them into the Yayoi series so that they would work together.
The major benefit of introducing “Yayoi Accounting” was that the company’s financial situation could be grasped in real-time. In addition, by importing data from Yayoi Payroll, the time required to enter journal entries was eliminated, and by sharing data with the tax accountant using each software and the Yayoi Drive cloud, the time required to close accounts was reduced from two days to about two hours.
